Car totalled - need help
So I was waiting at a stop sign (T-Stop).
My car was in the T stem and about to turn right, waiting.
The car across the street was waiting to turn left onto my side. His head was slightly poking out.
This woman in a black nissan comes down the street at 45 miles an hour (there's a hazard slow sign blinking) and she gets out of the way of the other car with the head sticking out - brakes and bit then decides to keep goign into my car.
She hit my car from the headlight on so it basically pushes the car from the lights out so the entire front is kinda crooked. Nothing fell off so basically it's like getting punched in the jaw and your jaw is crooked.
The car is in springfield mass at CJ's towing. I was wondering if anyone around there has experience etc.
I can either tow the car back to NY to have it fixed or fix it around there - please let me know
O and the cops said I didn't stop at the stop sign even tough witnesses on the street said I did.
The cops were about 600 ft behind me at the other end of the block, it was raining and there's no way he could tell if i was in the middle of the block or at the intersection.
He also called me stupid asian who thinks he can drive
The cops also ran to the other party and was like I saw everything, you don't have to tell me anything. Moreover, his partner in the car said i stopped but because he wasn't writing the report can't do anything. The cops also didn't ask anyone in MY car anything - and made a few racist remarks that everyone heard (2 other asian girls in my car)

That really sucks man id be gettin a lawyer and worrying about the car after you sue the **** out of that cop and city, then you should be asking what color you should get on your new RS4

If possible, confirm the names of BOTH cops...I'm sure it'll be on the accident report at some point. Get both your friends and your witness together and confirm the story, then call yourself a lawyer. Get your car sorted out first, then run that a$$hole up the flagpole...I have plenty of respect for cops, but that's just ridiculous. No room for racist remarks like that.

. Goodluck. Oh to answer your question, unless you know a real good/cheap body shop in NY you might as well have it done in Mass, towing will cost you.
