It's really not though Iraqi police don't drive impala's thats the first indication.

Its not from UAE since they drive Mercedes.

I worked in UAE for about 5 years. (Jebil Ali to be precise), and they use alsorts of cars to my recollection. Beemers, mercs, crappy old corrolas, and big bastard landcruiser type things... I'd say the chances are it is Saudi, purely because those ******* have absolutely nothing else to do! No drink, no women, (at least ones you can see), so driving recklessly is the next best thing!
