Hey guys,

Because of how the a4 hood encompases the grill, and driver's that don't look when they're backing up, I need a new hood, or at least I would rather buy a new one than paying a ton to get my current hood replaced. I would go with a carbon fiber hood because it saves me the hassle of having to paint, but they're expensive, and a cheap stock hood would be fine. Does anyone know a good source ($cheap$), or have a used hood of any kind? Junkyards tend to yield little, but I really would like to save money buying used.

What about an A3 2007 hood? I checked out the Shokan site and didn't have much luck so far. I did fill out a parts form and am waiting to hear back. Is there any other place that I could check out meanwhile?
