hey guys sorry for not being clear before.....as you can see in the first picture there are two silver tubes the tubes connect together making an S shape tube. this feeds from the filiter all the way under the light assembly and comes out by the duct next to the fog light. the whole tubing system comes with a stickey heat sheild as well. the filter actually sits INside the carbon box. so basically picture the cone part inside the box and the rubber (back part sticking out and leading to the two siliver pipes. the fitment was great alot better that i had anticipated. the hardest part was taking off that 90 degree adapter that fits to the snorkle. with the windows up you cant really hear the intake but with them down ...and under some acceleration it lets out an incredible roar. really nice....none of that rice continuos drone some CAI produce.
my car is pretty much stock i have a Bailey DV valve, millitek exaust system and this CAI.
i also have some zenon up grades and i got rid of that yellow **** on the side of my lights
i also have some BBS wheels but i took them off for the winter...as you can see in the pics there is alot of salt on the ground.

so all in all if your going for a more performace type setup and dont mind to spend money then this is a great investment.

if you on a tight budget and want some more Sound then the evo is a great setup............i have had both types of filiters and i like em both. the evo does sound alittle better all around but the carbonio is incredible under aceeleration. It makes a sound like nothing i have ever heard.

btw the wole setup weighs less than 4lbs 3.7 to be exact.

the evo and the carbonio both claim to have about the same HP gain althought i must say to be totaly honest the carbonio as a much better low end accelration then the evo. the evo seemed to have a bit of lag if you punched the trottle. the carbonio just spools right up.
