ok so i go to get my cams put in and now my god damn cam angle sensor goes out...does anyone know where i can get one for cheap bc the dealer wants 110 for it......thanks

u sure they put them in and indexed them right?

ya i took it to a very reputiable shop plus if that was the case the car wouldnt turn over and i drove it home fine

Even if it wasnt indexed properly it would still turn over and drive, however i don't know if it would throw a cps code

ya the vag com kept saying bad cam angle sensor so....i mean ill prob pick up a used one and if that doesnt fix it im takin it back for them to fix.

how about you take it back to the shop and have them fix it. the internals of the engine is not something you want to bre ******* with

its nothin to do with the internals. it sits right outside the engine. its only on my 2 screws
