milltek sport cat-back exhaust w/ high flow cat. that's tha only thing that would effect tha CEL. i took out tha forge bov

thats bullshit, take it to another dealer.. you car is brand new man they should deal with it. Exhaust shouldnt prevent a dealer from touching your car.

yeah im takin it to another dealership on tuesday. and if this shii is warranty werk, im definitely goin to go insane on tha dealership i bought it from for not helpin me and blaming my mods!

clear the codes and see if they come back. does the car feel slower when its on or is the driveability effected at all?

it's drivable, and i think i'll keep tha codes kause im goin to another dealership on tuesday. i made an appt.

Sounds like the diaphragm in your electronic valve is ripped.

I believe I mentioned this in another post of yours but a boost gauge is NOT an indicator of whether or not you have a leak. Remember turbo systems are FEEDBACK based systems. If the turbo is capable of doing so it will compensate for a minor leak by spinning FASTER and FASTER until it reaches the manifold pressure required to open the wastegate. Even though you are reaching the desired boost, or something close to it, you can still have a leak.
