Was charcoal ever a color in 2000?
I have this 2000 1.8t AWD with 105,000 miles on it that is not black, but very dark gray. I don't recall ever seeing one anywhere but the current owner says it was never painted. Was this a factory color back then?
P.S. It has all the options (cold, BOSE, and sport) and is great condition. What should I expect to pay?

Ah, OK. Sounds like what is pictured in the pics. Are Audi's meeting their BB values these days? It seems most BB values are always higher than what people are willing to pay. Or am I off base with that?

i saw this one A4 on the way to the dealership today and it was such a different color.. i dunno what it was. it was like a copperish brown color, like a dark brown but had some fleck to it. its hard to explain (and the fact its 2:30am)... it was really cool looking though.

And the colour in 2000 isnt called volcano, its called "ebony pearl effect" I have it, its alright. I prefer flat black though... and yeah, it is the SAME colour as volcano -- just renamed, presumably because audi guys got bored.
