dont mean to beat a dead horse but this topic comes up every day... seach, theres a bunch of threads about it... there was one a while back on a comparison between the two... also go for the closest dealer to you. i like apr becuase you can switch between stock and 93 oct mode by the cruise control stick... also GIAC is more aggresive until you get the N75 Race valve but APR has a borader power curve and is more smooth

with GOAC you are also able to switch back and forth between stock and chipped mode + APR's customer service sucks

They are both good brand names. I'm all for APR myself.

I have the same car & year.

I'm going stage 1 REVO software (and new DV) Friday at Renn Art but I live in the Chicago area.

In doing my own investigation I've concluded that GIAC is better for B5s, APR is good if that's as far as your going and REVO is best for B6s if you'll continue to upgrade to a Big Turbo.

My decision was also based on my proximity to Renn Art who gets great accolades on this forum.

I'm no expert, just the conclusions I've drawn from this forum.
