Don't worry too much if you feel people give you attitude. They really don't, but many can be smart***es at times. It is just people do not like to repeat themselves and hate it much when people do not search before asking.
But basically, you need to get the dv that I posted link for or do as cincytt recommended. If there are anymore issues, do a search. If you can not find anything, then post question. Peace!
