so since i am pushing 13 psi, i thought id look to see if i had a chip, i looked for a sticker but did not see one, im the third owner and the guy before me said he did not mod it, what else could be the reason im pushing 13?

I think stock boost on an 01 is 10psi, so are you spiking to 13psiand settling down to around 10psi or do you hold 13 psi?? Might be an incacurate boost gauge, you might have a different n75 valve like an H or J which adds 1 or 2 psi, hell you might even have a mbc, have you looked? I doubt youre chipped though. Most chips are 1.0-1.1 bar which = 15-16psi.
