Chiping GIAC 2 weeks
you'll definately need a dv, 710n will be fine...no fpr needed, umm, things that usually tend to go bad after chipping would be coil packs (this does not apply to everyone, but a high percentage of people who get chipped immediately fry their coil packs)...
gl!, let us know how it goes!

Guy over the phone sayd that once chiped. Ill need a fpr cause it runs a little lean at top rpm. He also sayd that he might throw in a free dyno..
I will keep you guys up to date. If I do get a free dyno pull ill post it.
Btw. Any idea on how much a coil pack costs? (just incase)
Will the stock clutch hold extra boost, if its in good condition?
How tough is the quattro awd, Can I mildly beat on it?

I hardly ever hear of peoples coil packs dying after getting chipped. Its not common so I would worry about it at all. But they do sometimes go and its a good idea to keep 1 or 2 on hand just in case (like in the trunk) www.ecstuning.com usually has the best prices on coil packs. What yr do you have?
