if you were to take a stock 2000 a6 2.7t auto vs 2001 1.8t quattro tip chipped, who will win?

2.7t a6's are slow. you dont need a chip to beat em. ive done it many times. few car lenths.

 

you will own the a6

 

the a6 is very heavy you will destroy it

 

My stock 5 speed 1.8 gets smoked by a stock 2.7t 6 speed (manuel). You do the math.

 

wow if "destroying" an a6 with a stock 1.8t it must be slower than **** cause a civic ex will kick a stock 1.8t's *** lol.

 

My stock civic ex would not even pull on a 1.8t!!! Even with the slightest grade the TQ from the 1.6 VTEC is not there and the Audi keeps pullin!!

sorry to say but stock 1.8t's are dogs. probably will hit 60 mph in about 8.5 seconds I could have beat one with my old vr6 going in reverse. Although I now own a 1997 A4 1.8t which has many mods done to it and I raced a 2.7t A6 with the ultra sport package and 6
speed and it wasnt that easy to beat him. so all of you guys saying you can work 2.7's with stock 1.8t, WRONG! and for the
civics... seriously just stop trying, just drive the damn honda in the far right and pray you get to your destination.

 

The 2000 a6 2.7t quattro tip 0-60 in 6.6sec. Thats pretty quick. The 01 1.8t quattro tip stock is 8.8 sec. Even if chipped the a6 will still leave it in the dust. Who ever said they are slow and would smoke them, I find hard to believe, even in a front trak 5spd chipped.
