I had my phone charger plugged into my cigarette lighter.

Some how i ended up twisting it in the outlet and then i heard a sound. And now there is no power from the outlet


What happened here and is itpossible to fix it?

Check for burned out fuse.

 

When you twisted it, it might have pulled out a wire from a connection/solder point from underneath. Deffinately check the fuse first.

 

Fused was burnt....I replaced it.


Still no power in the 12 volt hole. So I think i must replace the 12 volt thing itself.


where can i locate one?
