those wheels in 19" are the rs6 wheels. you can probably find them in a replica on ebay.

there, pretty cool, but prob not exactly what it would look like, it was hard I had to skew the pic of the wheels b/c ur pic wasnt front strait side on... but it worked out pretty well

personally i think both of the cars that had the wheels photoshopped onto them looked way better before. they look goofy and way too big. maybe 18s on AUDI05's b6 and definatly no change on flyinb's ride.
