Anyone have any thoughts on clear tail lights? Or more importantly, pics? I've never seen an A4 with them, and it's hard to picture.

Also, anyone know what bulbs I'll need? I'd take mine apart, but it's really cold at the moment. I assume I'll need some chrome painted red and amber bulbs, but I'm not sure what size/how many/single or dual filament. Any help would be great. Thanks!

It could look bad, but it's kind of hard to imagine. I'm not talking Altezza lights, just clear, something like this.

I actually got a good laugh at your comment. Smoked - now THAT is hilarious. If there's one thing you can do to make your A4 look about half its worth, smoked tail lights are it. However, the more pics I see of clear tail lights on German cars, the less I like them, and this was the last straw. But since I don't drive an early 90s Mustang, I think I'll save myself extreme embarassment and NOT get smoked ones.
