how much does the stock one weigh?....and wht do you mean "chatter" with a light flywheel?...is that bad for the clutch or anything?
dual mass is 22lbs
chatter is just what it sounds like... chatter
its not bad, just annoying. most can be eliminated by raising the idle to 1k rpms

The way the clutch engages will be more on/off feeling. Now matter how hard you try, clutch engagement wont be very smooth. Thats not something Id be happy with unless I had some crazy mods.

a steel fw (12-14lbs)and a full street disk is what you want. A aluminum fw will be to light for street driving and be noisy as hell and a 6puck is many for racing and has harsh shifts, even with SPRUNG 6 pucks.
