clutch/injectors handle a k04?

if u want the most power out of ur KO4 u will need a full exaust which mean a down pipe also a better manifold for more flow better injector with a better file or more aggressive file to get more power p-16 file is good but not that goos hammer and J31 file should b good for ur car and mybe a new and better MAF housing and a intercooler would b the last of the basic things u need ur car should have about 235whp and 265tq im not sure bc i dont remember wut my brothers setup was like and the number he had.

quit giving out wrong info. he will be nowhere close to 235whp , he will be lucky if he breaks 195whp with most of the supporting mods.

at what boost...24psi? maybe 22psi with water/meth will get you 220whp

its hard to break 200-210whp. especially the quattros.
larger k04-20/23/22 cant even run that much boost effiencently. Thetransverse revo and giac tunes dont run over 20 i believe, 28psi is pointless.
200awhp should be doable, but like i said, a few more psiwith water/meth can get you close to the 220awhp mark with increase timing via lemmiwinks (2000+) ora apexi vtc? (think thats right for early 2000 and older cars)

I get well past 25 psi, i cant be sure, but id guess 27 psi or so, my boost gauge only goes to 25 so. But i do have to say, for all the problems ive had with the ko4, the fear i had in going big turbo and staying with ko4 for functionality i can now state as pointless. My ability to solve the problems with the car can be considered impossible. The tunning is ****, and random, the rpm rev range is very unsmooth in light boost. And thats unavoidable, because a ko4 hits 5 psi all day no matter what, its too easy too spool. If i were anyone on this forum, i would not waste my time with the ko4, and just install something bigger, something that doesnt reach boost right away just when you floor it. And i believe half those aggressive files dont exist by the way.
just take into account that its only a tad bigger than a ko3, even borg warner thinks its not really an upgrade. I posted a email someone on vortex got from there and posted it here, really funny. Ill see if i can find it again
