Stay out of your 2 friends' way and let them do it.

Hey Bogie, how do you like that Borla Cat-Back? I'm trying to decide which exhaust to go with. Is it much louder than stock? I'm looking for something close to as quiet as the stock muffler, maybe with a little bit of a deep tone. I can't say I've heard any of these cars with exhaust but I definitely want to stay away from the typical 4-banger sound associated with Japanese cars. I also don't want much resonance in the car.

Thanks.

Borla won't sound anything close to stock. you'd probably want to go custom with 2 mufflers if you want a stock like sound.

And you can't truly resurface the stock clutch, you'll end up damaging it. Best you can do is scuff it up with an abrasive pad or fine sand paper.
