Ok so I finally got my code reader and it threw 10 codes at me at first. I have a 2000 Audi a4 1.8T

Here are the codes at first:
17956
16684
16685
16687
16688
16487
16501
16524
16712
18010

Then I reset it and it gave me just this code:
17956 Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Open Circuit : P1548


I dont know what to do know or how to fix that? Can anyone help?

 

turbocharger wastegate regulating valve open circuit possible causes are wiring open circuit, wastegate regulating valve ( N75 you guys call it ) dont bother about all the other codes they were probably caused by this problem

 

+1 N75 valve is probably the problem

 

how do I go about fixing this?

 

And also would this problem cause the car not to run because I cant get it to run.

 

Its also giving me 18010 again now to. What do I do?

 

16487 = MAF short to positive
16501 = ECT wiring short to ground
16524 = heated o2 sensor 2 bank 1 wiring short
16712 = knock sensor 1 bank 1 wiring short to positive
18010 = ECM voltage low from the battery wiring open circuit, blown fuse
16684/5/7/8 = multiple misfire detected.

wiring being the issue here but since all the other codes didn't come back the N75 is the most likely issue

 

is the battery fully charged? check the connections and any fuses

18010 Power Supply (B+) Terminal 30 - Low Voltage
or Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low : P1602

00532 Transmission Control Module Relay - Supply Voltage (B+) Malfunction Low Battery or Bad Ground
or Supply Voltage (B+)
or Supply Voltage B+



Im gonna go check the fuses right now. Can u tell me how to fix any of these problems
