Your post-cat oxygen sensor on the passenger side needs replacing, or has a loose connection.

Chances are the catalyst code is related to the O2 sensor code.

I can't get you a diagram, but yor post-cat sensor should be found on the pass side just under the plastic cover. Remove the large plastic piece in the corner of the engine bay and the intake hose and you should see it. The post cat sensors have a 4-wire colored connector on the firewall, green for the pass side. Drivers side stuff is hidden under the coolant bottle. You can move that out of the way by removing one screw and the senseor wire underneath. Don't drain it. Drivers sider post cat sensor has a brown connector. Hope that helps.

FYI- I just did both of my post-cat sensors today- it's a real bitch! Especially the passenger side. You must have the O2 sensor socket and a seriously long extension. Don't be in a hurry, and I hope you don't have huge hands, or you won't get at the pass side one. I think it took maybe an hour and a hlf or so, that includes splicing the wires together. (I used the universal sensors)

Did you use the bosch universal sensors, and have you noticed a difference in fuel economy?

Those are the ones I used. I got them off of ebay, they were new but really cheap at 25 bucks each so I am skeptical. So far so good though. It's too early to tell on the fuel econ, I just did it yesterday and haven't driven much, but my check engine light is out for a change!!
