Well I'll try 12.7... but yeah, you're right... if rubbing becomes an issue, 12.5 it is.

 

Yeah you want to bend it completely up so its creased over if you can. I found a guy locally that had the special tool, threw him a 20, and he let me use it. That tool made it pretty easy.

 

the paint is flexible enough to bend that much? This should free up at least 1/4" of clearance, eh?

 

See your coilovers how did you know which setting to put the damping on?

or did you just guess?

Because i think with the Koingsports you have to remove the dampers to adjust the damper levels.

I was thinking about those shocks but that seems like a hassle to me.

I didn't adjust the dampening. It was a big enough job without doing it... so yeah, I left them as it was out of the box. [:-]
