coilover or sport springs n shocks

i wanna lower the car with good STIFF handling i love the race car feel and can't decide in between these:

if u have something better please recomend it to me but i heard the shock spring combo wuz jus as good as the koni's

go with the coilovers. adjustable will be much better. ive heard its a bit of trouble to adjust the dampening on them...have to pull the shock out. but i think you will be happier overall withh the coilovers.

if you live where it snows I would get the coilovers so you can raise it back up when the snow hits
