Yeah Tein makes coilovers for the S4, damned awesome ones too... and S4 coilovers work on A4's. So, that being said... I still find it hard to believe that they don't make a setup for your specific car.

S4 coilovers would just make the ride stiffer! When I installed my FK Konigsports... I was actually hoping for a more agressive ride. clconversion just hooked me up with some H&R S4 springs though... so I think the FK springs are coming out, and the S4 H&R's are going to go in. Hopefully that'll work!

I've actually talked to a Tein representative and their parts for the B5 quattro are still under development, they do however make parts for FWD B5s. As far using S4 coilovers on an A4, I have no idea if that would work with Tein anyway. It seems like if it would then they would already have a system out for the A4. Anyway, best bang for your buck would be Konis you can pick them up for about $900. H&R are also really good and I've heard really good things about the Bilstein PSS9s. I think the Bilsteins are around $1600 though.

In my opinion, H&R makes the best setup. Their price is mid to high, but nothing beats the look of them. Honestly, every A4 I've noticed with a suspension upgrade has had an H&R system.
