Default Which coilovers?

Gonna order a set of coilovers/wheels&tires soon, and I would like some input. I pretty much have it down to H&R, Koni and the APR Stasis/Koni set. If you have experience with any of these, or others, please share with the group. Ride quality, ease of installation/adjustability, handling(of course) and any other relevant information is appreciated.

I've always heard good things about the Koni's. Very economical too!

Nope, no tein for the b5ers, however they do make them for the b6ers. You may have seen springs made by tein made for the b5. If you have any links post them.

Koni, im happy although i only have one complaint that some people get and somepeople dont. On the rears the threads that the collar moves on is placed over koni struts. You can sometimes under tigtening or loosening move the threaded collar portin around the shock body. The rears are almost like ECS's coilover kit that you put on over the struts. Otherwise im happy, i just lowered my car a little bit more today, around a 1 finger gap up front. If I had the money to waste all on suspension i would deffinately get FK or stasis although i know some of the stasis coilovers are used in conjunction with koni struts and i wanna say FK as well.

I have had H&R's since my car was new in 2000 and they have been great up untill now. They are just 4 yrs old and the years have seezed the adjustments on them. But other then that they are pimp. I am going to buy a new set of H&R's here in the next month or so.

I would go with the koni's, friend has them on his old passat (same platform) and they ride pretty good. and they are prob one of the better buys.

I love mine h&r except they have seized on me twice, so I took them off the car wire burshed the grit out, greased them up, and took the wrench to it with a braker bar. There is spray wax that you can use one you get them to high and it keeps grit out of the threads. I still need to find that stuff.
