Cold Start Problem
Update to my starting issues. It looks like replacing the ECU relay did the trick. Funny, in all the posts I looked at on starting problems, this issue never came up. I spent a lot of dough replacing parts too. The upside is that I would have had to replace most of them anyway and the car runs fantastic. So if you get a 18010 = P1602 trouble code and your car won't start on cold mornings, check the ECU relay.
