docurley.....aren't you going the wrong way with the swap there?!?!? don't you think if you have (had i guess) a perfectly good looking rs4, it would've been smarter to swap your parts into it??? i'm assuming the motor was shot?? maybe swapping in your motor would've been a better idea..

The car was classed as write-off and could not be put back on the road so this was the next best thing.

I will be putting in a six spped once I get a box and a few engine mods.

docurley, i'm assuming a "write-off" is what we would call salvage. it looks fine to me in that pic, what was wrong with it?

The car had been imported in from Germany damaged, the owner then fixed it up and tried to register it in the UK but the authorities contacted the German authorities that stated that the car should never have been put on the road. The owner was told to scrap the car or they would.

When I saw the car it was intact with no damage and tried to buy the who car so that I could re shell it but he had already promised the engine and trim out to two people so I got the shell for £2k approx. $4k.
