Common Problems?

Going to look at a used A4 1.8T Quattro Sport with 50,000 miles tomorrow, anything that i need to look for that are common problems among these cars? anything to look for at all would be helpfull, thanks------

control arms
tie rod ends
oil sludge
sunroof working
ummmmmmm.......

im sure theres more. but yea do a search. this Q is aksed like once a week
