I got a lot of emails asking for pics of my new spoiler so I decided to do this instead.

Here are some pics to comapre what a stock Avant looks like compared to one with a roof spoiler (OEM Ultrasport), sideskirts (Caractere) and a few other aesthetic show mods.

I spent 3 hours cleaning the car for a photoshoot tonight so it was a nice time to take some new pics.

As I said before... a better camera makes your car look much better right away!

This is the result of an hour cleaning my engine bay for the first time. Brake cleaner is your best friend for this job!

edit: there we go. the avant looks sexy as hell. i like the way the new spoiler looks and that pic where the wheel is reflecting off the paint is sick. sweet avant

 

them skirts look hot. and i 2nd the comment on the reflection of the wheel. nice shine.

Here are a few pics of my STOCK B6 Avant. I took these when i first got the car in May. I recently got a much better camera and was up in the mountains of Vermont and got some really great pics, but I let the little brother borrow the camera so i havent been able to upload any.


You can tell by my boring Stock Photos, how much of a difference all the subtle changes that McHammered has done to his car really make in the appearance of the 2 cars.

the single best mod is painting the lowers. it brings your car together like nothing else.

 

I will probably end up painting the lowers in the future... who knows.

But on a dark blue car like mine, I dont really mind the Black Lowers. I do a lot of Highway Driving (nearly 70Miles a day) and it wouldnt take long for painted lowers (even quality painted lowers) to start showing signs of chippage. I really like the practical side of not having the lowers painted.... or maybe this is all just personal justification for not having it done!!

I am also excited to go plowing through the snow in the first big storm we have here in Mass... also less chance of messing up the stock unpainted lowers.

I am glad someone finally found a use for condoms... I have never been able to figure exactly what to with those damn things.

 

Looks good except i personaly cant stand photos of a car where every thing that is on a hinge is opened up. Looks real good though.
