I have a stock '01 A4 FWD 1.8t. My buddy just bougt a '99 BMW M3. Now I have to start tuning my car to keep up with him . . . JERK! I have found it difficult to find the parts that I need. I found a lot of stuff for the VW 1.8t but not for the A4. I don't have an unlimited amount of money but I would rather pay for quality. I have first decided to buy my upgrade chip from Neuspeed (claims 16.2 psi 25-30 extra hp at the wheels for $350). I was looking at getting intake and exhaust next. Does anybody have any recomendations for websites or companies threw which I can purchase these items?

First off Welcome to the forums agmobb.

Second, please use the search button before asking questions. There are about a dozen posts just in the last few weeks asking for performance websites. There are tons of them out there for the A4.

Welcome a agmobb, It you want to keep up with an m3 your going to have to get a bigger turbo. Since yours is fwd you may have some traction issues but with the ko4 and some sticky tires you would be ok. Look at awe right now, they have a turbo kit thats $400 off right and with some suporting mods you will be able to run with him.
