Question 1)In addition to Sales Tax, my dealer mentioned following charges in the email he sent me:

Tire/Battery/MVWEA:$8.75
Tag/Registration Fees (estimate):$288.00
Flat Add/County Fee:$10.00
Electronic Filing:$29.00
Smog Abatement Fee:$20.00
Documentation Fee:$80.00

Are the above charges mandatory for one to pay?

Question 2)Also in the Invoice, they have mentioned, under the Invoice Amount, the following charges:

SCADA2 #350 = $314.34

AoA LA DAA #351 = $172.75 ( This amount is slightly different for some dealers, may I know why?)

Prep and Registration : $195


What are above charges? Does Prep and Reg fees is same as Tag/Registration fees of $288 I mentioned above?

Please clarify my two questions.
