make sure you torque them w/ a loaded suspension or you could be doing it again in 5 months

I just got in my full control arm set yesterday. I am going to do them with newSTaSIS coilovers this weekend.
Go with FCP Groton, they look like really good quality. They are also on Ebay, and have free shipping. I got the entire kit all 8 control arms, plus swaybar links, plusheavy duty outer tie rod ends, plus the entirebolt kit. You definitely will wantnew pinchbolts for the upper control arms, so don't even think about starting the job without having them (and an air hammer to get the oldones out - spray with PB Blastfor a few daysbefore you do the job too). Those bolts are a royal PITA.
Evenif that seller is a little cheaper, Look at the 36,000+ positive feedback from FCP Groton. Get the 13pckit, it will be worth it and I guaranteeyour FRONT lower rear control armsare shot too.I ordered on Friday afternoon, and the parts were here on Monday.
Just my advice...

The lowers are torqued with the suspension loaded or aligned with the bosses on the sub-frame where they mount. The uppers are torqued after setting the control arm 1.8" from the lower surface of the upper spring perch.
