Control Arms from HELL
Lesson to us all.................
BLOW TORCH ($10-$15 propane) will work wonders on stubborn pinch bolts.
Also has other uses, like brake rotors corroded onto the hub, and also good for starting campfires.
A blowtorch is a must have tool for control arm replacement.

Yea I really should buy a torch. If I still wouldn't have been able to get them out, torch or drilling was my next step.
I would also love to have air tools, but living in an apartment does not lend itself to storage of a compressor and all kinds of air tools. I pretty much just have the assortment of standard tools. When I get a house and a garage, air tools will soon follow. That will also be great so that I won't have to stop working when it gets dark (or cold out). Packing it up at 6:00 PM bites.
