Convert from a Left Hand Drive to a Right Hand Drive?

i've never driven a right hand drive, what is different (other than the obvious) like are the pedals in the opposite order? are the shift gates reversed? are the controls on the steering col. switched? i've always been curious about this and i haven't had the chance to look for myself...

 

right hand drive is great cus u have more control with your dominant hand (ONLY IF UR A RIGHTY IS IT BETTER)..... well this just goes for stick... for auto.. there is absolutely no point to right anywhere but where it is supposed 2 b driven.
