$25 isnt bad, it would cost you close to that to diy, so not a bad deal at all.
If your whole bumper could use repainting anyway, it would look cleaner to have the whole thing smooth, but this is a good alternative to repainting the whole bumper.

I wonder if you could get the same kinda plugs like at Home Depot and just use some Audi paint? I mean I'm not saying $25 is expensive but hey why not save a few $$'s for a chip?? haha
