Default Credit Card tray question

Hi all,
Just joined the forum. Purchased a 03 A4 V6 quattro 6spd. So far love the car. Drives amazing and reasonably good performance (came from an e46 M3). My question has to do with the credit card tray above the stereo and beside the ESP button. The tab that locks it in the closed position was broken when i bought the car and I have found the threads that show me how to remove it. My question is, is there an Audi cup holder from any model that would fit that slot (B6 A4 cupholders take up the space of the credit card tray and ESP button on the other side) or am I forced to replace with another credit card tray? Also, part numbers and places I might be able to purchase this online would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Steve

Haha, yes, yes i did. Its only temporary. I live up in Canada so the M3 isn't the most practical year round car and I couldn't justify keeping a $50k sports car in the garage all winter. So I sold my Honda Ridgeline and M3 and got into my A4. I need the extra money to invest in my business right now and hope to purchase another M3 in a year or so and keep the A4 as my daily driver.

It's on the B6's... I fill mine with change till it jams[&:]

I've never heard of a cup holder replacement but why would you want that? Have you seen the cupholder on the right side of the credit card trey.. things a real beast, anything more than a 12oz can flips all over the ground... I'd stick with the middle console to secure your beverages.

I figured that if i had to replace the credit card tray anyways may as well fill it with something that has a little more use.

I use my credit card tray as a gum dispenser. Trident gum pack fits perfectly in it.[&:]

you can always replace it with a valentine 1 radar detector. i've seen it done and it looks pretty stealth on there.
