does anyone know how close the s4 engines exhaust piping and 1.8t exhaust pipig are i want to custom fit the uuc motorwerks exhaust but i dont want it to be a huge hassle,i know the v6 and s4 exhaust aren't 2 different and ive seen a uuc motorwerks exhaust custom fit on that but i was wondering if it was possible on the 1.8t.if anyone knows drop a line o i also wanted to know if the a4 v6 ever came in tiptronic and who makes an intercooler for the 1.8t,thanx alot

First of all... you need to chill bro. It was the holiday weekend. We aren't sitting around our computers 24/7 waiting for noobies to ask questions they could be easily answered if you would just STFA!!!

Secondly, and more to the point... I think you're a bit confused here --- V6, 1.8t, S4, A4 V6.

The 1.8t is a turbocharged in-line 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine; it is not a V6. Therefore, the 1.8t and the 2.7t are two completely different engines; the exhaust configurations would never be close.

And, what do you mean, you "...know the v6 and s4 exhaust aren't 2 different and ive seen a uuc motorwerks exhaust custom fit on that..." ???

 

i know there completely 2 different engines,i never said they were the same,but w/e.Someone bought a uuc motorwerks cat back exhaust for an s4 and they put it on their a4 with the v6 in it they said the configuration wasn't 2 different and they took it to a good exhaust shop and they custom fit it on to his car. Someone also told me they bought a milltek exhaust made for an s4 and put it on their 1.8t and said all they needed was a custom downpipe. thats why i was wondering.
