Default Cylinder Misfire

Hello all, I have a 2002 A4 3.0 V6 Quattro and Friday evening I had a cylinder begin to misfire. I scanned it and it is cylinder 4. I have searched through the forum and it seems this is probably a coil, ICU, or bad plug. The car is stock and has 46,000 miles on it. I would like to trouble shoot it by switching coils and what not to narrow it down and see if the code changes, could someone provide some instructions on how to do this; pictures would be great.

Thanks.
Joe
