yeah dude, its super annoying...a big eye sore, and the thing is it took the whole unit with it...i mean christ...the washerfluid froze and then pushed the damg thing off.....WTF!?!?!
Is there any road debris around the sprayer, i have had to clean both of my sprayers so they would go all the way down. You also do not want to use the sprayers if you have ice on the top of the front bumper, i learned that too.
I live in Canada... I have had my washer fluid freeze. The funny thing is, even when it froze, the headlight washers would still always work. It was only the ones spraying my windshield that froze.
There should be a way to stop the headlight washers from working from inside the car. I have gone through a 4L jug in 2 weeks - and I am sure its because of those headlight washers.

There is a lot more fluid the goes to the headlight washers (looks more like a garden hose) then the amount that goes to the windsheild, those hoses are much smaller. It's harder to freeze more fluid than less.
I have thought about how to control the headlight washers. One could put a shutoff valve in the garden hose going to the headlight washers, add more hose to reroute it into the engine compartment? I have not worried enough to actually do anything about it.

Audi should have put the headlight washer nozles flush on the bumper so things dont fall off when they are poping out.
