if the battery guage is at 12v then a lack of juice shouldnt be the prob.

Sandman's right. If the guage is showing 12v's it's something else. This happened with my key fob once, but was corrected quickly. It's gotta be something else....

Good Luck

A battery can still give 12 volts but not put out enough amps to turn the engine. This is why batteries are given load tests when they are checked and not just checked with a multimeter.

Try jump starting after you let it a charge a little.

I just had this happen to my 02 F-350. Gauge showed 12v but no start so I decided to try and jump it anyway but nothing. The dealer found out the starter died with no sighns at all.............

This is good advice. 12v on the gauge doesn't always mean it has enough crank power.

Well i charged it way past 12 and it wouldnt start, the only sound it made was like a hiss/electical type of sound. cant explain it..

However my bro helped me push the car and we got her started now she is runing in the driveway... i will go to the top of the hill, turn off the car and try to turn it on again because im sure its the starter. If that doesnt help at least im on top of the hill i can get her started back down

if it doesnt start i gotta take her to the doc[>:]
