Default Dash Lights and Debadging....

I'm not sure if any of you guys have this problem, but my dash lights are messed up. For some reason it will only show half of the numbers/letters, and it's worse in cold weather. Do you know what I can do about this? And is there a way to change the color? The other question was about de-badging. I was thinking about doing mine, the only question is, that I don't know how. I was watching over-hauling and they used a blow dryer and a small chisel, but I'm not sure how to get rid of the glue. If some has debadged before can you give me a "lesson" on how to do it properly and cheaply? And sorry aout the pic, I had to take it with my cell.

it's a big problem with b5s. nothing can be done except to buy a new cluster which is expensive. i just keep mine off. it's depressing how bad it is.
