The Dealer Broke My Exhaust!
what proof have you?? was the exhaust new?? is the break easily seen?? if yes get them to sort it, go to the manager not the monkeys to make a complaint they will do anything to cover their butts as I would when I was a grease monkey
This is a situation where they deny it to the fullest no matter what you say. Since you have no proof (and how would you?) and you even drove it out of the shop like that they can easily say they had no clue. It's just going to result in a pointless argument which you can't win. I've learned my lesson with such arguments so unless you have a camera mounted to monitor every angle of your car or you just baught a brand new A8 from them don't bother.
We could organize a mob with pitchforks and torches and teach those @$$hats a lesson... but prolly not. Its funny because when I need repair work done I take my car to a Pontiac dealer and they do an AWESOME job and are 100% honest with me. Where the hell is that with Audi?
no use pointing fingers here ( some dealers are good ) and take pride in there make of car and im sure the majority of Audi dealerships do but there is always one bad one getting through the net and just mentioning there name on the Internet makes others wiser
Good point...some dealers are good/honest and their are others that are not. Besides your dealing with the service department, I'd make it a point to post your experience/comments in the Dealership section of this forum. I'm currently looking to but a new A4 soon and how the service department operates will "weigh in" heavily as to where I purchase my new Audi. Thanks and Good Luck
