Today i decided to debadge my A4 since i had nothing to do and i was plannin on doing it someday. It was fairly easy as everyone says. went slo so i dont mess up the paint. What do u guyz do with ur old badges use them for something or somwhere else or wut?

Liking it a lot... any residue left over? What you use to get it nice and shiney.

 

i used goo gone and hair dryer at my friends house. my advice is put a lil bit more heat than you'll usually would and same wit the goo gone too. it comes off more easier if u do that. i used a soft towel to get the rest of it off so i don't scratch up my paint. take ur time too u dont' want it to look like **** even though it's a simple process. Overall its worth ur time tho i had fun wit it.

 

My badges are sitting in my garage with a collection of all the other badges I removed from past vehicles.

 

I wear mine when I go out. BLING BLING!

 

I did mine last weekend. I have a 02 silver... Used a blow dryer, dental floss, and goo gone. Worked great.

 

i tossed mine in a plastic baggy in the glove box.

that way they stay with the car.

as i said, i was worried about degadging my car, so i practiced on every other car in our alley.

turns out with about 10 cars under your belt you can do it in under 5 min.
