Did i the right decison?
Ok so orderd a new DV. I just dont know if i got the best thing, what i got it the forge spliter. Who else runs this and how do they like it. Or should i return it when i get it. What do you guys think? Oh ya do i need anything else to instal it like any more hose or anything?
I've had my Forge 007p for a couple of months now, and I like it. Just remember to pick up some hose clamps before you do your install. You shouldn't need any more hose. The Forge DV will come with an assortment of springs. Most people will be using either the green or yellow spring. If you're stock, you should be using the green spring, and if your chipped, 90% of all chipped cars will be using the yellow one.

The spitter is a good valve. No springs to swap, its a ratchet type adjustment. No issues using it as a "bov" as it vents a minimal amount. I use mine in full recirc mode like a regular dvthough, because I dont like the PSSSSSSSSHHHHH noise. I did like the noise, for about a week. Its not too loud, which I liked, but it did get annoying after while. I got it from Forge for "testing" and Id recomend it if not only for the ratchet typespring tension adjustment. You can reuse your stock clamps. There is a 10+ page thread about the splitter if you search hard enough.
