Default Diff oil and ATF replacemt

Audi says they are permanent but I find that hard to believe since condensation, metal wear and normal oil breakdown occurs over time. I've changed diff oils on other cars with less than 60k and they looked/smelled overdue. Anyone here have any experiences changing these oils? DIYs? Oil recommendations? I'm considering using either mobil1, amsoil, or royal purple. Its a tip tranny, thanks.

I've been changing mine every 60K miles.

Drained tha tiptronic pan and filled with Audi transmission fluid at 80 and 140K miles.

Front, center and rear differentials were Mobil 1 at 80 and 140K miles.

At 200K miles (not too far away), I'll drop the pan, change the filter and refill the entire transmission with fresh.

The differential is DIY. The transmission could be a DIY, but filling it to the correct level needs the car to be on a lift, level, with the fluid slightly warmed (49 degrees C).

I haven't really thoroughly searched yet but where are the fill plugs for the front and center diffs? Why is the procedure different for the tranny, and what are the full instructions to refill? I've changed tranny oil and filter before but they all had dipsticks to refill. Freakin Audi. Anyways, pics or DIY article would help much. I see you got a tip chip, does it actually make a difference, I'm currently considering getting one but then again I already know how to time it so it'll change at the RPM I want. Thanks

For the tip , you must use a transmission fluid that meets ESSO EGL 71141.

www.ecstuning.com

sells PENTOSIN transmission fluid.
