New Audi owner here ('05 A4 Avant) and am looking for dealers that sell OEM accessories at a discount.

Former and still VW (R32) owner, and there are quite a few dealers that sell at a 20% discount on OEM accessories
i.e. Drew, if you're a member of a "club" such as ClubB5.

Are there any Audi dealers that sell accessories at a discount, or have I entered Mercedes territory?

I have noticed that the aftermarket is not quite as large for Audi as VW, but I can live with that.

Looking forward to getting up to speed on Audi aftermarket vendors.

if you join the quattro club of north america you can get up to 20% off at certain dealers on OEM and aftermarket parts.
