I post in the TT forum cos' I have one as well as my A4. Someone is raggin' on his girlfriend's 05' 1.8T saying it's a slug and handles like a Lincoln Town car. I've chipped in with my 2 cents. I'm sure some of you guys have some opinions of your own when it comes to the 1.8T cars.

 

You can feel the weight of the car when throwing it around but would never compare it to a Lincoln.

I also wouldn't stir the pot between different sections on the forum.

 

my dads got a TT, and compared to a TT, the b5 dosent handle for ****.

but my a4 IS a pos, and is sluggish, compared to my 05GT

 

I'll gladly track against most any TT on that forum. Stock, they're correct. Modded heavily and not many TT's will keep up, even through turns,unless they are modded heavily, too. And I'll do it with people in the back seat and stuff in my trunk. That's why I got the A4 as opposed to the TT.
