did you take off your by pass of .. because i know a kid that bought a diverter valve and it didnt make any noise at all .. but he forgot to take the bypass of .... and then after he did it was loud and all he had was intake and the diverter valve ...

WHAT???? this sounds like your trying to say he should vent to atmosphere... and i really hope you and your friend arent doing that, cuz its stupid... a the reason we run diverter valves is because we need that air to stay in...

don't just do it to hear the noise, Look for performance and the sound will follow, your going about it all backwards.

this is a bad idea, the spring tuning kid is an upgrade only if you have more boost. With the stock boost levels if you change to a stronger spring the valve will NOT open. And it will not get you more sound. Only upgrade the springs if you have more boost.

i would be putting the green spring on because it has tthe blue one on it right now

because someoeone just specified to me that my stock turbo is only like 7psi? my DV is tuned for one with about 17 because the engine was chipped and mine is not so LOWERING the spring to the green one (which is reccomended for 5-15psi) seems ideal to me?

You got it, the green is rated 5-15 psi.
