5)make sure you pay attention to the way it comes off and put the new one in the same way
6)those original oem hose clamps are a bitch, just cut them suckers off

before you do it, bring the new diverter into an auto parts store and buy hose clamps that will fit it, becuase the old clips will be destroyed. Just put the dv in the same way it came out and put your hose clamps on and your done. If you can jack up the car and take the belly pan off you can do this, very easy.

Thats a fairly ignorant statement. The forge comes with a lifetime waranty, is bigger for better flow, is made of parts that will never fail and is fully serviceable for different tuning applications. The 710N is as good, but for a shorter amount of time. Although, I was having problems with my 710n dv after only a year of use. It has also been said that the 710N is only efficiant up to 18psi and if you boost more you should use a dv with a larger core like a forge for better flow etc.

i was going to say, the forge supposedly has better response time... but they both do similar things at the stock or stage one set up i think

Ya I Had the gloss black Hyberboost DV installed when I got chipped .... My turbo sounds MUCH Sweeter now!!! I was told take it off and clean it out every 20k. I have noticed a different sound when my turbo spools up with th chip & DV. One sound is the Turbo spooling up which is lounder, and one is a whooshing type noise during acceleration. Whooshing may not me the right description, but trying to type sounds isn't exactly easy. I hope the new sounds are normal????
