ive searched,searched,searched, and i an find the writeup. anyone have a link or instructions. there's alot of talk about it but no information. thanks

http://www.audiworld.com/tech/int37.shtml use that, and for whatever isn't there you pretty much just have to use commen sense. It really isn't that bad at all.
