Do we ever do Audi forums meetings/car gatherings?

Do we ever do Audi forums meetings/car gatherings?
Dumb question maybe. When I used to have an altima I was on the altima enthusiast forums and once a year they would do meetings with certain groups of states ex: md dc ny va pa would meet somewhere for a day, rent out a park or some bs and have a few beers then show off the cars. Do we ever do something along those lines? We should seeing as how its summer time and all. Its always fun to see what other people have done to "your" car.

There are Altima enthusiasts??????? My brother owns one. I never thought even once that people would get jiggy with their Altimas. Whats next a Kia convention? Modded, lowered, turbo Kias, SWEEET!
J/K. Anywho, I don't think we do a wide GTG like that. Usually there are just local GTGs, like guys within 50 miles of each other or something. Its a cool idea though. I would prob take a long ride (few hours) if there was a cool big GTG on the east coast.

I agree. I would like to meet up with some of the local here in ATL and see what they've done with their rides, talk tech and maybe go cruising around town. I know ACNA (Audi club of North America) has a club here in ATL but I hate to pay a fee and not much activily is on there schedule. If there is a local Audi club here, I sure would like to hear about it.

Check out DVAG (http://www.dvagonline.com). There are several Marylanders in the club. One guy in DC.

Go here:

Click on your area, and you'll find all the happennings in your neck of the woods. SoCal has a meet every month, and those of us up in NorCal are having a meet this Saturday. If you don't see a meet going on where you live, why don't you try & organize one?
BTW, I think this belongs in OT.

For the east-coasters, every May, although we did have peeps from Indiana and Michigan and all up and down the coast:

Serious fun time. The pics on that site don't do it justice because they cut out all the drunken beer bong pics.
Here they are if you feel like clicking on some albums. Some incredible history at this show with 4-rings from beginning all the way up to latest RS4.
Getting bigger every year.

I think this is the main site:

We do the import/kit show, NOT the ricer show the first week of May. Too much testosterone and Vtec at that one; we stick with the euros. It always falls on the same weekend as "Dubs on the Lake" in Deep Creek, MD, so we don't get the VW's at Carlisle. But oh, well. From what I remember (because we were all toasted) it was a fun time. And everyone is real cool like you've known them all your life.
